Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Package

  Securely pack your keyboard in its original retail packaging, including all keycaps, cables, and switch pullers provided in the box.

  Ship Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once received, our technicians will inspect the hardware for functionality and wear before issuing a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
